High-speed silicon-steel cut-to-length line control

·

Controller: 1500T / SIMOTION

The efficiency charts show theoretical curves at 70% speed.

Tuboly-astronic silicon-steel cut-to-length lines are a benchmark in this field. Domestic machines have historically found it difficult to match their cutting efficiency. Following years of development, we introduced a control system intended to reach comparable cutting efficiency.

The original article compares the following curves at 70% speed. These are theoretical efficiency curves, rather than a set of measured acceptance-test results.

For a sheet length of 1600 mm, the chart gives efficiency values of 36.8, 32 and 28.5 for four, five and six cuts respectively. The two curves are substantially similar in this comparison. The original article does not specify a unit for those efficiency values.

We supply control systems for new machines and can also retrofit existing equipment. Contact us about your line.
